Grant Edmundson appointed as Partner at Helmore Stewart

Helmore Stewart is pleased to share the news that Grant Edmundson has been appointed as a Partner of the firm. Grant leads the commercial team at Helmore Stewart and has practised in commercial and corporate law since his admission in 1998. Prior to emigrating to New Zealand in 2011, Grant spent 10 years working in London, Europe and Johannesburg specialising in corporate and financial services law. Grant advises clients in a wide variety of matters including complex commercial contracts, banking and securities enforcement and restructuring.
