We recently engaged Helmore Stewart to act on our behalf in a shareholder agreement dispute and exit arrangement.  Through what was a very trying time, both Grant Edmundson and Rob Andersen provided exceptional guidance, advice and sometimes a calming hand. We had every faith that all of their advice and actions were absolutely in our best interest and they often resolved to continue the fight when our motivation was waning.  The end result was a very favourable outcome and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as outstanding commercial lawyers.
