With over 25 years corporate and commercial law experience Grant leads the corporate and commercial team.
Grant has a wealth of experience in tackling complex and diverse corporate and commercial matters ranging from “start-up “companies through to multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions and commercial disputes.
Grant provides regulatory and corporate governance advice for Community organisations and assists various clients with navigating franchise law, consumer rights legislation, commerce commission enquiries, insurance and telecom industry acquisitions.
He enjoys listening to clients’ business objectives and framing strategic goals within the confines of the law. This is often the case in his management of employment disputes acting for both companies and individuals.
